These Terms & Conditions apply to use of G17Studio and purchases from Sichuan Qing’an Information Technology Co., Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to place an order. Customers aged 16 or 17 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before ordering.
Products and orders
We aim to describe products, availability and prices accurately. Images may show lighting, display samples or optional accessories. An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when we confirm or dispatch it. We may reject or cancel an order for stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions or other legitimate reasons; any captured payment for cancelled items will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in JPY unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected through the methods shown at checkout. Japan shipping is duties-paid as described in the Shipping Policy. Taxes and duties for other destinations follow the checkout and market-specific information shown before purchase.
Shipping, cancellation and returns
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Cancellation and return rights are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, together with any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Pre-orders
Pre-order product pages show an estimated release month and shipping estimate. Manufacturer dates may change. In-stock and pre-order items purchased together are normally shipped when all items are available. We do not take a separate deposit; the full pre-order amount is paid at checkout.
If a manufacturer delay exceeds 60 days, you may continue waiting or cancel the unshipped item for a full refund. If the manufacturer cancels the product or we cannot supply it, we will provide a full refund for that item.
Intellectual property and third-party products
G17Studio is an independent retailer. Third-party brand names, trademarks, characters, product images and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, their appearance does not imply authorisation, sponsorship or affiliation. Rights holders may contact orders@g17studio.com.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, G17Studio is not responsible for indirect loss or delay outside its reasonable control.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are generally governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and disputes are handled by a competent court where the seller is registered. This does not affect mandatory consumer-protection rights available under the laws of the customer’s location.
