This Shipping Policy explains how G17Studio processes and delivers orders. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Order processing
In-stock orders are normally prepared within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Orders containing pre-order products are handled according to the release and shipping estimate shown on the product page.
Japan shipping
- Estimated transit time: 3–11 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking is provided for every shipment.
- Japan shipments use duties-paid delivery (DDP). Customs duties and import taxes are paid by G17Studio.
- Japan shipping is calculated from the combined weight of items with a recorded weight: up to 0.5 kg, JPY 740; over 0.5 to 1 kg, JPY 880; over 1 to 2 kg, JPY 1,260; over 2 to 3 kg, JPY 1,730; over 3 kg to under 5 kg, JPY 2,490; 5 kg or more, JPY 3,000. For items without a recorded weight, the listed shipping charge is applied per item. When a cart contains both types, the two charges are added together.
Other supported markets
We also serve South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines. Available methods and charges are shown at checkout. Duties-paid delivery and delivery times are not promised for these markets unless the checkout or a market-specific policy expressly says so.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking details are sent when the order is dispatched. Carrier scans can take time to appear. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, weather, public holidays or carrier operations.
Incorrect addresses and failed delivery
Please check the delivery address before paying. Extra costs caused by an address entered incorrectly by the customer, failed delivery, return to sender or re-shipment are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost, damaged or incorrect parcels
If a parcel is lost, damaged in transit or contains the wrong item, contact us promptly with the order number, packaging photographs and product photographs. After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
