Please contact us before returning any product. Returns sent without confirmation may not be accepted.
14-day request window
Submit a return request within 14 days after receiving the order by emailing orders@g17studio.com. Include the order number, reason for the request and clear photographs where relevant.
Return eligibility
The product must be unused, unassembled and undamaged. Original packaging, labels, accessories and gifts must be complete. We will provide return instructions after approving the request. Return shipping is paid by G17Studio.
Items not eligible for change-of-mind returns
- Used or assembled products.
- Products with missing or damaged packaging, labels, parts, accessories or gifts.
- Products damaged for reasons attributable to the customer.
- Custom-made products.
These exclusions do not limit remedies for defects, incorrect items or transit damage.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us promptly and keep all packaging. After verifying the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Order cancellation
You may request cancellation before the order enters packing or is handed to the carrier. After handover, cancellation is no longer available and the return process applies.
Refund timing
After approval, we initiate the refund within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. The payment provider usually requires an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds.
